Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a high standard of service to all of our clients. If at any point you feel that the service you have received has fallen short of what you expected, we want to hear about it.
Raising a concern
In the first instance, please speak to the member of our team who has been handling your affairs. Many issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
If you would prefer not to do this, or the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, please put your complaint in writing using the contact details below. It helps if you can include your name and contact details, a description of what has gone wrong, and what you would like us to do to put things right.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and confirm who will be investigating it. We will then look into the matter carefully and write to you with our findings and details of any action we propose to take. If we need more time, we will let you know and give you a revised timescale.
All complaints are treated confidentially and reviewed by a senior member of the firm.
If you are still not satisfied
If you remain unhappy once we have completed our internal complaints procedure, you may be able to refer your complaint to our professional body. Please contact us and we will provide details of how to do this.
