• Mapping out a client journey from paper to digital
• Designing and implementing a digital accounting system suitable for the individual and business
• Training clients on the use of digital tools
• Supporting clients with the redevelopment, growth and change in the accounting system
• Assisting in meeting all compliance deadlines
• Reviewing and advising on VAT returns and schemes
• Assisting with payroll, CIS, Benefits in Kind and other employer returns
• Handling HMRC communications
• Keeping clients up to date in any changes of VAT and payroll taxes
• Managing bookkeeping services and providing ad hoc support
• Creating management accounts and reports, including KPIs
• Supporting teams to deliver these reports and presenting them when required
