Dhiraj Shah

Dhiraj is the audit and assurance partner at DSK, whose core focus and expertise lie in management consulting, business growth, and strategy.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 with one of the Big Four firms and spent his career advising businesses through growth, change, and complexity. After becoming a partner in a medium-sized firm of Chartered Accountants, Dhiraj established his own practice, DS & Co., which then merged with SKCO in 2019 to form DSK Partners LLP.

Dhiraj works closely with clients across all aspects of taxation, accountancy, audit, financial planning, and digitalisation. He also supports SMEs that are not yet ready to appoint a full-time Finance Director, acting as an outsourced FD to provide senior-level financial oversight, helping owners make better decisions, and preparing the business for its next phase of growth, including the eventual transition to a permanent Finance Director role.
