Prior to its merger with DSK, he founded and lead D S & Co. Ltd, a dynamic Chartered Accountancy practice, which merged into DSK.

Dhiraj knows enough about wine to be an almost-professional and often likes to call himself ‘an aspiring sommelier’.

Nikesh provides bespoke commercial advice to help structure clients tax affairs effectively saving them time, effort and money.

As a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CIOT), he understands the importance of focusing on the bigger picture to deliver simple commercial solutions; as they say, ‘don’t let the tax tail wag the investment dog’.

Nikesh loves travelling and venturing in new territories and has earned him the title of ‘the explorer’ in the team.

Paola Gecaj

Digital Enabler

I look after a mixed portfolio of clients and provide advisory work to them.

• Client onboarding and providing training on the digital conversion tools
• Plan and manage assignments ensuring these are completed to high standards
• Prepare, review, and manage complex Vat returns.
• Liaise and negotiate with HMRC on behalf of clients

How I have helped clients: As the primary point of contact for existing and new clients on VAT and digital transformation, I educate clients on using digital tools and support them throughout the digital journey. I also help clients meet compliance obligations and statutory deadlines while working closely with them to understand and implement planning strategies consistent with their strategic business goals. In addition to that, I effectively implement new actions and procedures with clients in line with VAT laws.

Fun fact: I enjoy spending time with my kids, listening to music, and being involved with my local community.
